Picture of Alesia HitchcockAlesia Hitchcock has worked at the Boise Speech and Hearing Clinic since 1989. She bought the private practice in 1996. Alesia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Louisiana State University in 1982. She earned a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1985. Alesia worked in the public school setting for 7 years before moving to Boise, Idaho in 1989. Boise Speech and Hearing Clinic has given Alesia experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of communication disorders. She has provided therapy in a variety of settings including schools, early intervention, group homes and home health.

Alesia holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and a State of Idaho License for Speech-Language Pathology. Alesia is also a member of the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM).
